Ingredients:
- 1 Banana (frozen optional)
- 1 cup Fresh Mango (frozen optoinal)
- 1 cup Baby Spinach (frozen optional)
- 1 tbs Vanilla or Plain Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbs Hemp Seeds
Directions
Place the banana, mango, baby spinach, protein powder and almond milk or milk of choice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl then add kiwi, blueberries, hempseeds. Add your choice of nuts for more nutrients, variety and crunch.
