Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds or Ground Flaxseeds
- 1 cup Frozen Organic Cauliflower
- 1 cup Frozen Organic Raspberries
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp. Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milkor milk of choice
Makes 1 serving
Directions
If grinding flax or chia seeds place in a blender first and grind to a powder, then place all other ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
