Ingredients:
- 1-2 teaspoons Chia or flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup Papaya (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple or apple (chopped)
- 1/4 Cucumber (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Spinach
- 1-2 Ice Cubes
- Mint Leaves or Cooled Mint tea
- 1 tbsp Aloe Vera juice
- Water or coconut water to fill
Makes 1 serving
Directions
Grind up chia or flaxseeds first in a blender.
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy the relief!
